RETURNS

All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must request a return receipt from customer service support@collins-kildare.com before returning goods for further processing. Otherwise, the company will not be liable in case of loss or damage during return.

DAMAGES
Collins Kildare is responsible for damage to or loss of products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition, is damaged or the packaging is torn, you should contact our customer service support@collins-kildare.com and provide a photo of the package and contact the courier responsible for handling the package.
All packaging materials and damaged products must be retained in order to file a claim.
